Okay! Today DiscoApp.com released their public beta for their software called “Disco”. So I’ve downloaded it and my first idea is to make a MP3 CD for my car. Lets go for it! Lovely interface and special effects. I drag my files over and it stylishly displays them and starts to burn. This is cool so far!
So I just took it out to my car and it said “Bad Disk!” Then I realized in the settings it, by default, makes a Mac-Only disk. Why in the hell would you want to make a CD that doesn’t work with every computer/cd drive? What are they thinking?! I mean come on, stop with the freaking standards war.

This can be fixed though! If you go into the Preferences and go down to Disc Type and select ISO 9660, the disk will be readable in Mac and Windows and will only read in Mac with the Mac HFS+ format.

The people who threw your bill of rights out the windows, yell and scream rudely at you because “You could potentially be a terrorist!”, and forget the line “innocent until proven guilty” apparently have different rules in San Francisco.
In Sacramento and Nashville when you go through the metal detectors and take off your shoes and accept the cavity search, you are supposed to take out your laptop and put in on top of your laptop bag. In San Francisco if you do that you support the Muslim extremist and communist with a Ku Klux Klan uniform on! Well I must be the biggest support of ‘terrorism’ because I got screamed at for placing the laptop on the laptop bag. The man who thinks he is someone comes over and literally throws my Powerbook G4 into another tray. Throws it! I will never fly out of San Francisco again, and if I’am lucky never leave.
TSA had already gone to far with the no carry on liquids rule, take off your shoes, and their “no manners, will hire” policy.

In two days I’m heading off the California and I will be photo-blogging this whole thing over at Flickr. I would like to thank NAA Security for supporting this trip. So before I go I’d like my last words to be: Wii!
View all photos from this adventure!
Oh and before I go, I’ve changed my “Podcast” section to “Netcast.” It’s the same thing, just a different name.
PS: Hey Apple! It’s been six weeks and my recalled-battery-replacement isn’t here!

Wow, this is amazing! Revision3 has relaunched with new shows and a new website! The website is amazing to look at and the shows are great!
Web Drifter is a humorous look at some of the craziest stuff on the internet,
Mysteries of Science Explained is also a humorous look at science, and
Pixel Perfect is a very good Photoshop how-to show. They even acquired another show called
NotMTV where they go behind indie bands, which is always awesome.
